Slingso monitors your brand through scenarios — the real shopper situations you want to win when someone turns to AI to decide what to buy. They’re the unit everything else is measured against.

What’s in a scenario

Query

The actual question a shopper asks — “best vitamin C serum for oily skin under $50.”

Persona (optional)

Who’s asking, so the question sounds the way that shopper really would.

Market

The country your account is scoped to — chosen at signup and applied to every scenario. A brand in several markets uses a separate account for each.

Product (optional)

Which of your products the scenario tracks.

An example

Query: “best collagen supplement for skin and joints under £50” Persona: a health-conscious professional in her late 30s Market: United Kingdom Product: your Collagen Peptides
Slingso runs this every day on each AI assistant your plan covers, records the answer, and measures where you stand.

Where they come from

Slingso drafts your first set during onboarding, from your site and your category, and keeps them running daily. From there, adding more is self-serve — both products and the scenarios below.

Add a scenario

Add your own scenarios any time from the Coverage page — choose Monitor new scenario and fill in what you want tracked:
  • Query (required) — the shopper question, in a real shopper’s words.
  • Persona (optional) — the type of shopper asking.
  • Product (optional) — which of your products the scenario is about.
The market is set automatically to your account’s country — every scenario runs there, and it can’t be changed per scenario. The agent starts running your new scenario on the next daily cycle, across every AI assistant your plan covers.
The best queries sound like a real shopper, not a keyword: specific, with the constraints people actually say out loud — budget, skin type, use case, “for beginners,” “under $40.”
Personas are optional. Many brands run plain questions; add a persona when how a shopper asks changes the answer.

Pause or resume a scenario

Not every question is worth tracking forever. Pause any scenario from its detail page and the agent stops running it — its history stays, ready for when you turn it back on. Paused scenarios collect under the Paused filter on Coverage, labelled by why they stopped: you paused it, or a plan change did.
Your plan covers a set number of active scenarios. At your limit, pause one to make room before you add or resume another — or move up a tier.
