Server checks and your balance

Each server run (one query, one AI Shopping Channel, one persona) is charged to a prepaid balance in dollars, on any plan. Top up in Settings → Billing; say slingso balance for an estimate. At zero, server checks pause and Slingso emails you. Unused balance isn’t refunded (refunds and cancellations).

Change or cancel

Change plan: upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply at your next billing date.
Update your card: any time.
Download invoices: your full billing history.
Cancel: any time, from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@slingso.com.

Downgrade to Free: Slingso keeps your longest-tracked product; the rest pause, and nothing is deleted.
