# Schedule

> When your checks run, and who runs them.

Pick the AI Shopping Channels, daily, weekly or monthly, and a time. Say `slingso schedule`, e.g. "every Monday at 9".

## Who runs it

* **Your assistant**, in a browser on your computer, free. Slingso emails a reminder when a check is due (turn it off any time).
* **Server checks**, on any plan. Slingso runs them on its servers, in your market. Each run is charged to your prepaid balance; at zero, server checks pause and Slingso emails you. [Prices](https://www.slingso.com/pricing).

> Answers depend on where you ask from. When your assistant runs the check, run it from the country you sell in, or use a VPN there.

> **Let it run on its own**

> Claude desktop (Cowork) and Claude Code can schedule a task, so your check runs at that time without you.
