# Plans

> Free, Starter and Growth, and how to change.

Every workspace starts on Free.

Your plan decides what you know. Your balance decides whether Slingso does the asking.

## Server checks and your balance

Each server run (one query, one AI Shopping Channel, one persona) is charged to a prepaid balance in dollars, on any plan. Top up in **Settings → Billing**; say `slingso balance` for an estimate.

At zero, server checks pause and Slingso emails you. Unused balance isn't refunded ([refunds and cancellations](https://www.slingso.com/refunds-cancellations)).

## Change or cancel

* **Change plan:** upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply at your next billing date.
* **Update your card:** any time.
* **Download invoices:** your full billing history.
* **Cancel:** any time, from **Settings → Billing** or by emailing [support@slingso.com](mailto:support@slingso.com).

Downgrade to Free: Slingso keeps your longest-tracked product; the rest pause, and nothing is deleted.
