# Dashboard and coverage

> Your inbox, your queries by stage, and the answers behind them.

## Inbox

The dashboard opens on your **Inbox**, under **Overview** in the sidebar: what needs you, one thread per opportunity. See [Team and inbox](/guide/team-and-inbox).

## Coverage

A shopper rarely goes straight to "buy." They move through five stages: **awareness** ("I want to start strength training: what do I need?"), **research**, **comparison**, **validation** and **purchase**. Coverage scores each stage separately, because winning at purchase but losing at research still loses you the shopper.

For each stage you see how many queries you're **winning**, how many you're **losing**, how many are **fragile** (a win that could slip), and which way the trend is going. The stages that need you most rise to the top.

Under the stages is every query Slingso tracks for you, each labelled:

* **Winning:** you're the one shoppers buy.
* **Fragile win:** you're winning, but not securely.
* **Losing:** a competitor is winning the sale, with the read on *why*, inline.
* **Awaiting first run:** not enough data yet.

Filter by stage, by product, by persona (once you have personas) or by time window. A **Paused** filter collects the queries you've stopped tracking.

## One query in depth

Open any query to see the full picture: how each AI Shopping Channel answered, which competitors keep beating you and how often, and the specifics the answer cited: prices, promotions, claims, and any factual errors about your product. This is the evidence behind every opportunity.
