# The agent's updates

> The agent emails you a regular report — what it saw, what it's watching, and what's waiting on you.

Most of the agent's work happens in the background. So it never goes quiet on you, it sends a short **update by email** — the agent reporting to you, its manager, on what it's seeing.

## What's in an update

## How often

You'll get a short update regularly, and a fuller recap at the start of each week. Quiet stretches stay brief — a steady, honest read is the point, not noise.
