# Concerns

> The questions worth asking before you trust an agent with your brand.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Will the agent ever publish without my approval?">
    No — never. The agent drafts and proposes; you approve and publish it yourself. Nothing
    reaches your site or the public without your explicit sign-off. This is built into how Slingso
    works, not a setting that can be switched off.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do you need access to my store admin?">
    No. Slingso works from your public website — nothing to install, no store-admin access. You
    publish the content you approve yourself and paste the link back.

  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is my brand data private?">
    Your data is yours. We don't share your data or your dashboard with other brands. For the
    specifics, see our [Privacy Policy](https://www.slingso.com/privacy).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if AI is already saying something wrong about my brand?">
    That's exactly what Narrative Accuracy surfaces — where the AI's story about you is wrong or
    missing. The agent then works to correct it with content the AI can pick up. See
    [your two scores](/guide/your-two-scores).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How is this different from an AI monitoring or SEO tool?">
    Monitoring tools and dashboards show you the problem and stop — you're still the one who has
    to fix it. Slingso is a *manager* for the channel, not a report on it: it finds the gap,
    drafts the fix, and tracks what moved once you publish it. You approve; it does the work
    around it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is my brand too small or too niche for this?">
    Unlikely. The AI Shopping Channel rewards being exactly right for a specific shopper, which
    favours focused brands over big ones. [Here's why](/guide/shopping-channel).
